We're looking for a talented and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our in-house digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of paid advertising campaigns for BABYGO®, one of our multi-award-winning brands, and to directly contribute to our rapid international growth. You'll manage advertising efforts across Google and Amazon platforms, optimise campaigns for performance, and work closely with the wider team on everything from creative content to market-specific strategies. Key Responsibilities

🛠 Paid Advertising Management

• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Amazon Ads. • Manage and scale budgets efficiently across multiple regions. • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.

📊 Data & Reporting

• Use tools like Google Analytics and Excel to track performance. • Create clear, actionable reports for the marketing team and senior stakeholders. • Spot trends, test new ideas, and drive continual improvements in ROAS.

🌍 International Campaign Management

• Tailor ad strategies to fit local markets across 28+ countries. • Keep up with consumer behaviour and market trends globally.

🤝 Creative Collaboration

• Work with our creative team to produce engaging ad copy and visuals. • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and converts effectively.

📈 Strategic & Business Focus

• Align campaigns with broader commercial objectives. • Monitor the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly.

📊 Excel Expertise

• Use advanced Excel skills to build dashboards and reports. • Visualise spend, ROAS, and campaign health in a way that tells a story.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Amazon PPC a bonus). • Confident managing budgets of £50,000+ per month. • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and ROAS. • Confident interpreting and acting on data. • Ownership mindset — you make smart decisions and stand by them. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, visualisations) • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Positive, flexible attitude with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with Amazon Advertising. • Google Ads or similar certifications. • Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, or custom analytics dashboards. • Prior experience scaling D2C ecommerce brands. • Understanding of paid social strategy is a plus.

Education & Experience

2+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Amazon PPC a bonus).
