Job Overview
An exciting opportunity to join an expanding e commerce company, as a Customer Experience Adviser, you will deliver high-quality customer support via email, live chat, and telephone for OnlineRadioCodes.co.uk, the world’s number one car radio decoding specialist. You will join our dedicated customer service team ensuring customers receive a smooth, efficient, and positive experience from initial enquiry through to resolution. You will assist customers in retrieving their radio security codes, which are unique PIN-style codes required to unlock a car radio after a battery disconnection, replacement, or power loss. Without the correct code, the radio remains locked and unusable. Full Training will be provided. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so you must be able to communicate effectively, listen actively, and respond to their needs in a professional, enthusiastic and timely manner, maintaining a consistently positive customer experience that upholds the companies trusted reputation. An opportunity for future progression within our other ecommerce businesses under the GAVGO umbrella i.e. Babygo.uk
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries via email, live chat, phone, and review platforms (e.g. Trustpilot). • Guide customers through retrieving radio serial numbers for various vehicle brands. • Liaise with internal systems and teams to obtain radio unlock codes. • Process telephone orders, payments, and refunds where required. • Manage customer expectations and resolve issues professionally. • Contribute to maintaining excellent Trustpilot ratings. • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer trends or issues.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer-focused mindset. • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience in e-commerce customer service and telephone sales is desirable.
